Return Policy

Contact us before returning. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt.
1Buyer-side: For returns due to change of mind/error, buyer pays shipping (approx. NT$194 each way) and a 10% restocking fee.
2Seller-side: Quality issues or info errors are covered by us.

1-Year Warranty Service

All batteries include a 1-year warranty. We offer a replacement service for defects under normal use.
1Exclusions: Misuse, overcharging, improper installation, or physical damage.
2Warranty void if dismantled or labels removed.
3System upgrade incompatibility issues are not covered.
4Note: 80% capacity remaining after one year is considered normal.

Every battery comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
